


DeLocos is a premium smash burger shop located in Spain known for its high-quality ingredients, bold flavors, and creative take on the classic burger experience. As part of the marketing team, I play a key role in managing the brand’s social media presence and strengthening its connection with the local community.
I help develop and execute targeted social media strategies that reflect DeLocos’ premium identity and playful spirit. I plan and schedule engaging Instagram content using Meta Business Suite tools, collaborate with the audiovisual team to create mouth-watering visuals, and coordinate posts that highlight new menu items, special promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments.
I also help manage interactive campaigns such as giveaways and contests, designed to boost follower engagement, increase brand awareness, and make customers feel part of the DeLocos experience. My focus is on creating authentic, engaging content that not only attracts the target audience but also drives customer loyalty and in-store visits.
As the account manager for DeLocos, my role primarily focused on driving growth, engagement, and visibility across social media platforms. I developed and executed a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the brand’s unique identity and goals. This included creating original, high-quality content—both visual and written—that resonated with the target audience and reinforced DeLocos’ presence online. I also took charge of community engagement, fostering a loyal and active following by responding to inquiries, interacting with followers, and nurturing relationships that contributed to sustained brand loyalty.
I closely tracked performance metrics and utilized analytics to continuously optimize strategies and enhance the effectiveness of our posts. Collaboration with the marketing and creative teams was crucial in ensuring that all campaigns were cohesive and aligned with the brand’s overarching vision.
One of my most significant achievements in this role was driving a 70% organic growth for DeLocos in 4 months. This success was achieved through a well-rounded approach, incorporating targeted content strategies, proactive community engagement, and ongoing optimization of our social media efforts—all achieved without relying on paid advertising.
